A fictional Gundam character from Zeta Gundam and Gundam ZZ.

In Zeta, he's a ferocious Titans war maniac whose skills allow him to go at it on par with multiple powerful Newtypes like Kamille Bidan, and is most known for piloting the Gaplant and the Hambrabi, from which he utters his infamous quote at Bidan.

However, his fate drastically turns in ZZ, as his attempts at stealing the Zeta Gundam end up foiled repeatedly by Judau Ashta, and the former ace of the Titans ends up left on the junker colony of Shangri-La, empoverished and in rags. A popular fan theory regarding Yazan's change in conduct explains that the long stasis inside his MS escape capsule caused permanent brain damage on him and dementia due to lack of oxygen, just like how it had happened to Tem Ray years before.
