judau ashta

A fictional character from the Gundam franchise. He is the main protagonist of the Gundam ZZ TV anime series from 1986.

Judau Ashta is the young pilot of the ZZ Gundam MS.

Born in the Shangri-La colony at the Side 1 O'Neill Cylinder, Judau was originally part of a band of teenage newtype scavengers who sold damaged mobile suit parts and other mechanical junk for money. He has a little sister called Leina Ashta.

A casual encounter with the crew of the MS pilot depleted Argama and the AEUG survivors of the last battle of The Gryps War forces Judau to become part of the Gundam Team and use the Zeta Gundam and then the ZZ Gundam against the menace of Haman Karn's Neo Zeon.
