Main character of the Fatal Fury series and a regular in The King of Fighters. His nom de guerre is the "(Legendary) Hungry Wolf".
Terry is an American street fighter, trained in Hakkyokuseiken and a mish-mash of various martial arts. He is the elder brother to Andy Bogard and friends with Joe Higashi, Mai Shiranui, and Blue Mary among many others, mortal enemy of Geese Howard - the South Town crime lord who murdered his and Andy's father Jeff Bogard, and adoptive father and mentor to Geese's bastard son Rock Howard. He is one of the biggest folk heroes of South Town, a fictional coastal American metropolis inspired by Miami, Florida.
Terry is one of SNK's chief ambassadors, appearing in numerous cross-overs and promotions on top of being an all-around very popular character and important to the landscape of video games. He achieved his memetic status in part through his "engrish" quotes said during gameplay.

He mostly wears a red leather vest that has a star on the back, a baseball cap that matches his vest, a white T-shirt (later replaced by a tank top of the same color), blue jeans, red sneakers, and fingerless gloves. His blonde hair is mainly done in a ponytail.
In Garou: Mark of the Wolves, however, Terry begins to untie his hair without his cap and starts wearing a brown bomber jacket, while retaining his jeans and gloves.
