andy bogard

A main character of SNK's Fatal Fury and The King of Fighters series, and younger brother to Terry Bogard. He is one of the co-protagonists of the greater Fatal Fury series alongside Terry and his best friend Joe Higashi.

Andy is commonly seen wearing some version of a ninja oufit; he typically wears a white shinobi shozoko with red gloves and belt. His outfit mostly sports a fire design. He has blue eyes, and long, blonde hair that is occasionally tied in a ponytail but is normally worn down.

Andy is a ninja, trained from a young age in Koppo, Hakkyokuseiken, and Shiranui-ryuu Ninjutsu alongside heir to the style Mai Shiranui, in order to work alongside his brother Terry to avenge the death of their father Jeff Bogard at the hands of South Town's crime lord Geese Howard. Compared to laid-back Terry and jokester Joe, Andy is the serious straight man of the trio, honing his skill to a razor's edge with a killer instinct that lets him defeat foes that even give Terry and Joe a hard time. His singular blind spot is his brother Terry, whom he treats as a rival; he gets too excited fighting him and tends to lose against him.

Mai is his lover and hopes that he will marry her. Though, Mai tends to move the relationship a bit too quickly for Andy's liking. As of Garou: Mark of the Wolves, he and Mai are training a young Shiranui-ryuu disciple, Hokutomaru.
