The 3rd costume of hololive's Usada Pekora. It was revealed on April Fools 2021, and is based on the running gag of her being often referred as a "war criminal" due to the cruel exploits and human experiments she runs on NPCs in Minecraft, and her constant pranks on other hololive members.

It is essentially prison clothes, consisting of a black and white striped hat covering her ears, a metal collar, and a long torn striped shirt. Don-chan is now wrapped around her right leg and holds on to a large carrot-shaped a ball and chain restraint. She also wears no pants and is barefoot with this outfit.

Fitting with the prisoner aesthetic, her official hairstyle with this outfit is messy hair with her twin braids partially undone.
