twin braids

A hairstyle that consists of two braided lengths of hair.

This can be the hair in front of the ears, like sidelocks, or the hair behind the ears, like twintails.

If the braids are tied low, below ear-level, they're low twin braids. If the back of the hair is tied into two full-length braids, then they're also twintails.
