Tung Fu Rue is a character fron SNK's Fatal Fury series. He is the grandmaster of Hakkyokuseiken (八極聖拳, Eight Extremes Holy Fist), an esoteric martial arts style that emphasizes chi control. His most famous trick involves projection of chi to make him look like a hulking, muscular being. Known students of his include Jeff Bogard, Geese Howard, Cheng Sinzan, Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard, Shun'ei, and Meitenkun.
