tsuda kotomi

Character from Seitokai Yakuindomo. Originally an irregular character, Kotomi is promoted to almost a part of the main cast upon enrolling into Ousai. Being Tsuda Takatoshi's sister, she quickly becomes friends with the other Student Council members, and gets along very well especially with the equally as perverted Amakusa Shino - which creates a lot of headache for her older brother.

Kotomi is somewhat well-endowed for her age (much to Hagimura Suzu's chagrin) and has brown hair often kept in twintails.
