A main character of the anime and manga series Seitokai Yakuindomo. She is the treasurer of the titular student council. Has blonde hair wrapped in twintails and brown eyes. Her short height is a constant target of humor and a pet peeve for her. Also, unlike most of the female cast, is not openly perverted.
