One of the lead GochiUsa characters. Her name is a pun on "thé des alizés" (French for "tea of the trade winds"), a green tea fruit blend.
She is voiced by Taneda Risa, who has an awfully similar-sounding name.
On network, she is often associated with other Houbunsha-published characters that have very similar twintails and hair colour, for example Komichi Aya, Ebisuzawa Kurumi and Nakano Azusa. Rize and Aya are both voiced by Taneda Risa and even have official crossover arts.
