The Sewing-Life Alchemist, a State Alchemist, Nina Tucker's father.
Desperate for promotion and funding, Tucker tricked his wife into becoming a lab rat for his chimera project (i.e. turning her into a chimera herself) before she dies as a result, and later fuses his daughter and his dog to create another chimera. His indiferrence to his family's death and mutiliation enraged Edward Elric to the point that he beated him into a pulp after found out about his scheme.
