shinigami (rain code)

Character from Master Detective Archives: Rain Code.

She has two forms: ghost and human. In her human form, she has large breasts, black horns, pink eyes, black nails, very long mixed pink and white hair styled as twin braids and tied with white ribbons. She wears a crown and a black flower in her hair, a floral print frilled black dress with a criss-cross halter that shows some cleavage, detached black sleeves, fingerless black gloves, black thighhighs and high heel black boots.
