Character from Muv-Luv. Class rep of Shirogane Takeru's class, who often confronts him over his tardiness and lazy attitude towards school work. She has green eyes and very long brown hair worn in twin braids with parted bangs. She also wears glasses and has notably thick eyebrows.

She is almost always at odds with Ayamine Kei.

Chizuru was voiced by Kurata Masayo up until the Alternative anime adaptation, where the role was transferred to Itou Miku. She's voiced by Brittany Lauda in Project MIKHAIL's English dub.
