A character from Ace Combat 7. She serves as the Princess of Erusea in the wake of government reforms following the events of Ace Combat 04. During 7, D'Elise plays a major role in Erusea's decision to declare war on the Osean Federation, believing their construction of the International Space Elevator to be an attempt to exercise imperialistic influence over the Usean continent.
