Putine is a demon from Dragon Ball Heroes with her unique trait being ice magic. She is referred to as "two-faced" by Robelu, with her cutesy personality being a cover for her crueler one. She is known to bully her allies, especially Gravy. However, Salsa and Towa appear to be exempt from her bullying.

Putine is shown to change her allegiances a lot, depending upon what she gains from them. She is known to have been a wizard alongside Demigra, before betraying him and allying with Mechikabura. Later on, she allies with the Time Patrol to prevent Towa from causing the second coming of Mechikabura.
