Robelu is a character from Dragon Ball Heroes that serves as a secretary to Demigra. In the manga, she is shown to often subtly poke fun at her ally, Chamel, and is quite flattered when Pan calls her pretty, remarking how she suddenly likes Pan more afterward. She appears to have an animosity towards characters that betrayed Demigra in the past, such as Putine and Gravy.
