When both pectorals are squeezed or pressed tightly together, usually with the hands or upper arms.
If the pecs are pressed against something or someone, use pectoral press instead.
If the pecs are merely being grabbed or fondled, use pectoral grab instead.
Associated with pectoral lift and sometimes manboobs if exaggerated.
