pectoral lift

A character lifting their own pectorals with their arms or hands. For example, crossing their arms below their pecs, or holding their pecs up with their hands. Pecs can also be lifted by a chest harness, belt, underbust. ribbons etc.

Associated with pectoral squeeze and sometimes manboobs if exaggerated.
