okino tsukasa

A major non-playable character in Juusan Kihei Bouei Ken. A mysterious student at Sakura High who ends up working with Hijiyama Takatoshi. Despite frequently assuming the appearance of a girl, he is male.

Seen in both the male and female Sakura High uniforms, a black gakuran or standard serafuku respectively. Has grey eyes and short, white/grey hair worn in bangs, sometimes with twin braids, with a small ahoge.
