Marchosias is the Crimson Lord who lends his power to Margery Daw. He talks to her through the big book she carries (called Grimoire). He's a noisy, fun-loving type whose rude remarks frequently get him punched across the room by Margery, calling him "Baka-Marco". Beneath this squabbling is the easy trust of longtime partners -- they've been fighting together since the Middle Ages.
