Galm team's number 2, wingman to Cipher was a F-15 Eagle mercenary fighter pilot during the Belkan War in Ace Combat Zero. Earned the nickname "Solo Wing" because he flew back and landed his aircraft at base with one wing after returning from a skirmish. Being proud of that feat, he had the right wing on his plane painted red. During the war, he defected and joined the coupe movement of "A World With No Boundaries" aligned with Belka, Osea, and Sapin; while another pilot from Crow Team transferred in as Galm 1's wingman. After narrowly escaping death in the final fight against his former ally over the skies of Avalon Dam, a badly wounded Pixy dragged his body to a nuclear detonation site on Belkan soil where he was saved by the people who lived there. Many years later, Larry would join ISAF and fight on the front lines in the second Usean Continental War in Ace Combat 04 as a ground soldier. He is in search of a world without borders, hoping to find the true meaning behind them.
