The protagonist of the Ryuu Ga Gotoku series, succeeding Kiryu Kazuma from Ryuu Ga Gotoku 7 onwards.

A former member of the Arakawa Family, Kasuga is a passionate and out-spoken bottom-barrel yakuza with a strong sense of justice who lived most of his younger days playing Dragon Quest. Because of this, he imagines every fight as a RPG battle and relies on teamwork with his friends in order to fight stronger opponents.
