The son of a fallen police officer, Takeshi Hongo was kidnapped and heavily augmented by the insidious organization SHOCKER as an agent to further their goals of human happiness. Freed by Dr. Hiroshi Midorikawa and his daughter Ruriko, he is tasked with protecting both her and humanity from SHOCKER's misguided ends. He is equipped with a Prana condensing belt, the custom Cyclone motorbike and his augmentations provide superior strength, speed, and agility compared to a normal human.
