Dizzy Flores is a member of the Mobile Infantry. In the original book the character is described as male while in the first live-action film adaptation Dizzy is a tough female soldier played by American actress Dina Meyer .
She is secretly in love with Johnny Rico and tragically dies during a desperate battle against alien bugs in the movie adaptation of the novel.
