chougei (kancolle)
Kantai Collection's personification of the Japanese submarine tender Chougei. Character design by Akasaka Yuzu.
She is portrayed with long brown hair tied into twin braids, grey eyes, and large breasts. Her default outfit is shared with her sister Jingei: a blue serafuku with a white neckerchief and blue sailor collar, blue pleated skirt under a white waist apron, brown cropped jacket, black thighhighs, headgear which incorporates a white headband, and a whale hair ornament.
Her rigging consists of a funnel piece to her back with two hull pieces (containing 14 cm twin gun mounts and 25 mm anti-aircraft guns), oil barrel, and a crate containing potatoes.
Since she is the younger sister, she comes off as perkier than the more reserved Jingei.
