celica (pgr)
Celica is a military officer aboard Babylonia, she assists the player in various capacity both in logistics and combat throughout the story. Serves as the game's tutorial mentor.
Appearance
Celica has pink eyes, long blonde hair tied up in two braids, a shorter braid in front and a longer braid on her back, both tied with a black ribbon. Celica's uniform consist of a black beret, a black opened military jacket with shoulder rank insignia, detached collar and dog tags around her neck.
