balteus (armored core vi)

AAP07: Balteus

An enemy boss unit that appears in Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon, an autonomous craft used by the Planetary Closure Administration's forces. Balteus is made up of a large mobile platform, a horizontal ring, and an MT attached to the middle serving as the control centre. The large platform provides high speed flight, hover, all-direction Pulse Armor projection, the horizontal ring serves as an attachment rail system for armaments such as missile launchers, flame throwers and flame swords, the MT chassis itself also carries a dual-gatling gun and a multi-barrelled scatter gun.

Balteus is heavily armed, armoured and incredibly agile for its size, it is later on developed into the 'AAP07A: Arquebus Balteus'.
