aika granzchesta

A main character in Aria. A Himeya Company gondolier-in-training.

She has yellow eyes and dark blue hair with, which in the beginning of the series was gathered into long hair, thin twin braids and swept bangs, later changing into a bob cut fastened by hairclips after Aika's hair was burned during a barbeque mishap. By the time of Avvenire she has grown her hair into short hair and long sidelocks, still featuring the hairclips and the swept bangs. She is often depicted wearing the Himeya company uniform

Aika takes care of the Himeya mascot, Hime Granzchesta, and tries to keep fellow trainees Mizunashi Akari and Alice Carroll on an even keel. Her catchphrase is "恥ずかしいセリフ禁止!" (Saying embarrassing things is prohibited!)
