Ranni wears a largewitch hat with wiry, silver ornamentation resembling a wreath, and a fur cloak or cape over what appears to be a pale robe or dress. She has four arms and her limbs are visibly jointed. She has cracks on the left side of her face. She also has a second, translucent face (called her "spirit face") which is displaced to one side, such that its left eye overlaps with her physical face's right eye. It is rather subtle and many players and artists don't notice it at first.
She normally wears a plain, silver ring on the ring finger of one of her right hands.
