Nakiri Erina's cousin. Alice specializes in molecular gastronomy, the culinary branch of science that investigates physical and chemical changes that occur during the cooking process.

She has short grey or white hair and red eyes in tsurime style. Unlike most of the other students she wears her Tootsuki Saryou Ryouri Gakuen uniform with a brown sweater vest instead of the usual blazer.
