A VTuber from hololive English's 2nd generation, designed by Mika Pikazo.
The leader of holoCouncil, she's the embodiment of chaos who manifests as a rat girl to signify her power.
She has mouse ears and a tail with a tail bow. Her hair is mostly red with streaks of black and white and black colored tips, she also has blue eyes with red highlights and medium breasts (although artists often depict them in varying sizes).
Her default hairstyle is uneven twintails tied with dice hair ornaments and double-parted bangs reaching between her eyes.
