The 4th costume of hololive English's Hakos Baelz, officially known as the "Steel Rose" costume (after Bae's self-adopted chuunibyou tag, A steel rose trapped in a cage of ice).
It's a military inspired costume, featuring a white peaked cap, a white frilled shirt with center frills and puffy short over long sleeves, a black bowtie on top of a grey ascot, black half gloves, black high-waist puffy suspender shorts, black belt with a belt chain. For legwear, she wears a single torn white thighhigh, a thigh strap, along with a pair of asymmetrical black fold-over platform boots (one knee-high and one thigh-high). She also has an optional fur-trimmed black overcoat with wide sleeves and aiguillettes and a rose eyepatch and a mouth mask as optional accesories, as well as a pair of round glasses. Additionally she also has several heart and cross facial marks, and red lipsticks - both of which can be toggled on and off.
She has 2 different official hairstyles in this costume:
- Short flipped hair with long sidelocks
- Very long hair tied into low twintails
