Also known as Inspector Zenigata
An Interpol detective who is absolutely determined to arrest Arsene Lupin III and his posse, but he's most obsessed with Lupin's capture over the others. He always fails at capturing his rival, but it's mostly because Lupin is too smart rather than Zenigata being incompetent. Zenigata is an excellent shot, knows martial arts, throws his handcuffs with pinpoint accuracy, and has a huge pain threshold.
He is voiced by Naya Gorou (1971~2010) and Yamadera Kouichi (2011~). Naya passed away on March 5, 2013.
