zanzaburou (fate)

Fate/Grand Order character. His living name was Nagoya Sansaburou, a samurai who died in 1603. Izumo no Okuni performed a kabuki play based on his life, and it's said her beautiful singing voice caused his spirit to return to dance with her. Zanzaburou accompanies Okuni with her attacks and Noble Phantasm, and his appearance changes with each of her Ascension levels. His first form has him in blue armor, his second in white, and his third in red armor with black hakama.

The zan kanji in his name, as well as on his helmet, means beheading.
