zanburg
Zanburgs (ZANBURUGU). An alien race devised by Sashizume Soutarou, capable of shape shifting, and have a larval stage when younger. They are naturally hermaphrodites; any sexual dimorphism in the species is still unclear. They are voracious eaters, and have two mouths with bifurcated jaws. They typically have stripes. The species goes through several stages of metamorphosis as they age, starting as an egg, then pupae, nymph, and then finally mature. They are commonly seen as a female-like biped with tentacles for hair. The tentacles themselves contain a penis or a vagina inside the tips.
On 4chan, the species was nicknamed with the term sea angel due to their sleek, aquatic appearance. However, real sea angels are a markedly different creature bearing little resemblance to the Zanburg.
