Yusuf Dikeç (born on January 1, 1973) is a Turkish sport shooter and multiple-times world champion who participated in the 2024 Summer Olympics.
He has gained memetic fame for winning a silver medal in the mixed 10-m air pistol shooting event while wearing only casual clothing and without using special olympic shooting glasses, also his seeming nonchalance, aiming and shooting with one hand on the gun and the other in his pocket, most probably due to him being a former police officer and retired soldier. Because of this, he is known in Japan as the "free-to-play uncle" (無課金おじさん, Mukakin oji-san) and helped spawned a meme imitating his shooting stance. He's also a cat person, as revealed by his Instagram.
