Yamato's kai form (Danbooru post #1578595), the main difference between this form and her base from is the presence of the idiom "Hirihoukenten" (非理法権天) on her single thighhigh.

The full idiom stands for "No Man Can Oppose the Emperor", and it was historically flown on Yamato's mainmast during Operation Ten-Go.
