xiezhi guan
The Xiezhi is a type of Chinese hat (guan), worn by law enforcement officials in the past. It is named after the Xiezhi, a mythological animal that deducts right from wrong.
It is rectangular in shape, with upper edges that taper outwards. Often features dangling accessories such as tassels.
It is the iconic hat of Yanfei from Genshin Impact.
