Hinoshita Kaho asks for help from everyone to petition the Love Live! management to allow Ceras Yanagida Lilienfeld, a third-year in middle school, to participate in the Love Live! playoffs as one of Mizukawa's school idols, so her dream can come true, because Mizukawa High School is closing down come the next school year.

The petition succeeded, and Ceras was allowed to participate alongside Katsuragi Izumi as Edel Note.
