Wikipe-tan is the animesque personification of the website Wikipedia. She was designed by Kasuga (kasuga39). She has blue hair and blue eyes with twintails held up by puzzle pieces from the Wikipedia logo. She is normally dressed as a maid with a waist apron and pantyhose.
