She is portrayed with short brown hair and brown eyes. Her default outfit, shared with her sister Hatsushimo on historical grounds, consists of a white collared shirt, red necktie, black jacket, black pleated skirt, black pantyhose, and black loafers.
Her rigging consists of funnel and foremast to her back with a 12.7 cm single gun mount, a 12.7 cm twin handgun mount, and two 61 cm triple torpedo tubes on the sides of her waist.
