Kantai Collection character personifying HMS Victorious, pennant number R38, third of four Illustrious-class aircraft carriers of the British Royal Navy. Like all British shipgirls before her, she was fleshed out by Konishi. Her voice actress is Yamada Misuzu.
Like some British shipgirls depicted in the game, she is given characteristics such as: Long blonde hair, greenish blue eyes, and a somewhat well-endowed bustline. She wears a somehat stylized military uniform comprising of a greenish cropped jacket over a white dress shirt decorated with a red rose, a corset attached to an overskirt worn over a white underskirt, black pantyhose, rudder footwear, black gloves, and a pelvic curtain resembling an aircraft carrier runway. She also wears a tiara-like hairband similar to Ark Royal's. Her rigging includes a quiver to the right of her hip and she wields a compound bow with a distinct flight deck motif in her left hand.
Victorious has also been depicted with short hair, mirroring her voice actress's own hairstyle.
Her jacket's hue being close to "robin egg blue" is one of her official links to her brief time as part of the US Navy under the codename "USS Robin" in 1943. Her seasonal Christmas voice line references this period too, which was unremarkable compared to the rest of her service. Such voice line also references her relationship with Saratoga, the only active American flight carrier that year to which the historical Victorious provided support. This period of her life service tends to be more fleshed out on fanarts.
