vanitas (kingdom hearts)
Kingdom Hearts character. A mysterious figure first seen alongside Master Xehanort in Birth By Sleep. Vanitas is the source of the Unversed monsters in that game.
Vanitas is actually the darkness in Ventus' heart that Master Xehanort forcefully extracted out of him in order to forge the X-Blade. Furthermore, once Vanitas removes his mask, he's revealed to look like a black-haired, yellow-eyed version of Sora.
