uzaki-chan wa asobitai!
A manga series by Take (shokumu-taiman) about a college student who is followed around by his peppy underclassman. It's been published in English as "Uzaki-chan Wants to Hang Out!". The two main characters were originally posted on Pixiv in May 2017 (Danbooru post #2745441) and it's been serialized online since December 2017.
Received an animated adaption in July 2020.
