uss montana (bb-67)

Lead ship of the planned but never built Montana class battleship. An upgrade to the preceding Iowa-class Battleship with a speed plan of 30 knots and better armored. Wider than the maximum of the Panama Canal locks, in which larger locks were also in the plans. Both the ships and the new locks were cancelled mid war due to changing priorities in allocations of steel supplies.

In World of Warships, the Montana is the top line of the U.S Battleship Tech Tree and is capable of sniping surface ships with its 406mm Triple mounts that are long range and numerous secondary gun turrets which are from the Midway-class (127mm Mk41 mounts) capable of engaging destroyers and other cruisers.

In Blue Archive, Takanashi Hoshino helms the ship, despite being a Super Battleship type, she uses this ship for sleeping schedules.
