A Touken Ranbu character.

A wakizashi. His character and design is largely based around the Japanese folktale of Urashima Tarou. He has a pet turtle named Kamekichi. Usually made to be in love with Midare Toushirou in fanworks, which stems from how he falls in love with Midare while believing he was a girl in the manga anthology Danshi Makuaigeki.
