Primarily known for its ground shipping services, they also offer air shipping, delivery to US post office boxes, and operate the retail chain UPS Store that assists in UPS shipments and providing tools for small businesses. UPS is the largest courier company in the world by revenue, with annual revenues around US$85 billion in 2020, ahead of competitors DHL and FedEx.
