One of the NPCs in Blue Archive and a Former Gematria member, he is currently freed by Francis but Francis was killed afterwards by snapping his neck, and was imprisoned again by Shiroko Terror because of his meddling with Sensei, Hoshino and the rest of the Foreclosure Task Force.
Former member of Gematria who he sees the world of Kivotos as if it is a board game or TTRPG.
He seeks for the answer of 6th Koan of Jericho: "Is the truth that does not exist really the truth?". In its process, he used Hoshino as his puppet and almost killed Sensei in the process, turned Hoshino into her "Terror" state because of the guilt and trauma happened to her. He was caught by Sensei as he introduces himself to him and showed the "Adult Card" which he accused as cheating.
After losing in all of his plans and The Fury of Set, Shiroko Terror put him at gunpoint, but was spared and sealed forever in his dimension.
