The titular Ultra of Ultraman Tarou. His former human host is Higashi Kotaro.
He's also the son of both Mother of Ultra and Father of Ultra, despite resembling his cousin, Ultraseven.
He also has a powered up form known as Super Ultraman Tarou, which he achieves by merging with Ultraman, Zoffy, Ultraseven, Ultraman Jack, and Ultraman Ace, the first instance of 'Ultra Overlapping' (fusion) in the series, turning him into a Super Ultra. He looks visually the same, with the exception of his body glowing with glitter at times.
