The titular Ultra of Shin Ultraman. His human 'host' is Kaminaga Shinji. His actual name is revealed to be Lipiah, though he adopts his new given name of Ultraman as his own.
His design follows Tohl Narita's original vision for Ultraman, just as the movie adapts and reinterprets elements from the original series.
